Texas Pastors Coalition Supporting HB896

To the 2019 Texas Legislature:

We the undersigned Texas pastors stand together in support of Texas House Bill 896.

As undershepherds of Christ’s church, we implore our state government to outlaw abortion, establish justice, and protect more than 55,000 preborn children each year who are murdered in this state.

We affirm what Scripture reveals to us: that all people from conception are made in the image of God; and we affirm that the civil government should not deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
