The first post-Roe legislative season is underway and leaders in more states are stepping up to the plate to defend the lives of their preborn neighbors.
Praise God, it’s exciting to see!
We have been assisting many states with drafting their 2023 legislation through our work with the Foundation to Abolish Abortion (FAA).
And five more of those states have officially filed their bills! 👏👏
✅ Oklahoma SB 402, the Equal Protection and Equal Justice Act, filed by State Senator Warren Hamilton.
✅ Colorado House Bill 23-1119, concerning abolishing abortion in Colorado, filed by State Representative Scott Bottoms.
✅ Kansas HB 2181 to abolish abortion in Kansas, filed by State Representative Trevor Jacobs.
✅ Arizona House Bill 2706, the Abolition of Abortion in Arizona Act, filed by State Representative Cory McGarr.
✅ Kentucky HB 300, the Prenatal Equal Protection Act, filed by State Representative Emily Callaway.

If you live in any of the states where abolition bills have already been filed (see complete list), CONTACT the courageous legislators who are sponsoring or co-sponsoring the bill in your state. Thank them for taking action and encourage them to stand firm. - Fund the work. 🙌

Abortion is a sin issue at its root. And ultimately it is God who can bring individuals, states, and this entire country to repentance and teach us to truly love our preborn neighbors as ourselves. Pray that God would work mightily through His Church to abolish abortion to the glory of His great name.
Progress for Equal Protection
We are grateful to be on the frontlines of the fight for equal protection. God is doing awesome things as He brings fruit from the labor of activists who have been faithfully working in states across the country.
