In 2025, equal protection made historic progress, but Abortion is not yet abolished in Texas or across the country. Preborn babies are still denied the equal protection of the laws in all 50 states. Our work through Abolish Abortion Texas and the Foundation to Abolish Abortion remains critical to the post-Roe fight.
