Abortion isn’t abolished.
The evil Roe v. Wade decision is dead. But abortion is alive and well.
In fact, even “Pro-Life” states are still “depriving the fatherless of justice.”
The Bible says, “Cursed be anyone who perverts the justice due to the…fatherless…and all the people shall say, ‘Amen.’” (Deut. 27:19).
Make no mistake, innocent children in the womb are “fatherless” as far as the law is concerned. Even if a man wants to care for his preborn child, he has no legal standing to prevent the baby’s mother from aborting his son or daughter.
Legally speaking, preborn babies are fatherless. And our laws pervert the justice due to them.
And that’s not all…
Babies are still dying, even in states with bans
Post-Roe laws also protect the “right” of mothers to kill their own preborn children, EVEN IN STATES WITH BANS.
This exception is written directly into the homicide code.

Bans Don’t Stop Mothers
Even in states like Texas that are supposedly “abortion-free”, mothers can still LEGALLY abort their babies by doing self-induced (a/k/a self-managed) medication abortions at home.
DIY methods of abortion have come a long way since the days of the infamous coat hanger method.
Today we have medication abortion which is done with pills instead of surgery. In the U.S., medication abortion is usually done during the first trimester in a clinical setting where a medical practitioner prescribes one medication to kill the baby and another for the woman to take at home to induce labor so she can deliver her dead baby into the toilet.
Medication abortion has been rising in popularity in recent years and already accounted for more than 50% of REPORTED abortions in the U.S. even before Roe was overturned.[1]
But in 2023 medical practitioners are no longer needed to perform medication abortions. Abortion pills are easy to get shipped directly to your doorstep in all 50 states, and women are doing it.
This type of abortion isn’t “back-alley” because it’s not illegal. Women don’t have to sneak around the law because the law protects their behavior. More and more women are carrying out their abortions at home on their own terms.
In fact, pill requests to organizations that provide access to abortion medication outside the traditional medical system are skyrocketing in post-Roe America.[2] And these abortions are NOT REPORTED so they aren’t included in official abortion numbers reported by various agencies.
The reported numbers might say abortions in Texas have plummeted by 99% but it isn’t true.
Help us provide justice to the fatherless in Texas and beyond!
Your donation of $25, $50, $100 or even more enables us to support equal protection across the country.
We need to get our heads out of the sand!
Roe v. Wade is dead, but abortion is still alive and well... and babies are still dying!
We need to get serious about loving our preborn neighbors as ourselves. We must have real love for innocent “fatherless” children in the womb. And our love must be more than just words.
Real love means taking action.
If we say to the hungry, “Be warmed and filled” but do nothing to feed them, we have failed to love them.
If we say we believe in the “sanctity of life” but do nothing to provide the justice due to the fatherless, we have failed to love precious preborn children being taken away to death.
Equal protection. Nothing less.
All across America we have laws that protect our lives from homicide, but we deny those same protections to preborn children. The Bible calls it partiality when some people receive preferential treatment over others. God says He hates partiality in judgment and we should too.
God says that those who pervert the justice due to the fatherless are CURSED.
And we are supposed to say AMEN to that statement.
Are you saying “Amen” right now?
Every state is perverting the justice due to the fatherless by denying precious children the equal protection of the laws.
What are we doing to change that? What are YOU doing to change that?
Equal protection is on the RISE!
The good news is that many Christians across this country are rising up to call for equal protection for our littlest neighbors.
In 2023, abolition bills that provide equal protection have already been filed in states like Kentucky, South Carolina, and Missouri. We expect many more to be filed soon in other states during the 2023 legislative season.
This movement is growing as Christians learn to follow the Golden Rule toward precious preborn babies by demanding the equal protection of the laws. We work to do for them what we would want done for us. It’s really very simple.
It is exciting to be part of this work through the Foundation to Abolish Abortion. We have been able to assist with drafting bills of equal protection for more states each year.
The help of our donors makes it possible for us to provide assistance to advocates across the country when they need help with their legislation.
We always want to say YES when states come to us for help.
Your generous support TODAY helps us say YES to equal protection advocates across the country as they work to provide justice for the fatherless in their states.
Help us provide justice to the fatherless in Texas and beyond!
Your donation of $25, $50, $100 or even more enables us to support equal protection across the country.
This movement has come a long way, but there is a MASSIVE amount of work ahead.
We are grateful for every person who invests in this work and enables us to be a strong voice for equal protection until EVERY BABY is protected equally under law.
For life, for justice, and for the glory of God,
