Is it a sin to comply with Roe v. Wade?

Friend,

Christians throughout history have agreed that when the civil authorities command us to do something which God has forbidden, we must obey God rather than men.

And when the authorities forbid us to do what God has commanded, again, we must obey God rather than men.

This is what Peter and the apostles did when they were commanded to STOP teaching in Jesus’ name. They declared that they must continue to preach the gospel which God had commanded them to preach.

No one disputes whether a Christian should continue to share the gospel in Jesus’ name if he is told by governing authorities that he must stop.

In fact, we often praise the courageous Christians in closed countries for continuing to share Christ and meet in underground churches in spite of the threats of the “law” they are under.

But what about obeying the authorities on other, seemingly less religious, questions?

What about Roe v. Wade, for instance?

I often explain that Roe is not a law. And it isn’t. The Supreme Court does not have the authority to make laws.

But does our state need to comply with it anyway since it is the decision of our highest court? After all, the Roe v. Wade opinion ends with, “It is so ordered.”

The Supreme Court is ordering the states to comply.

But what does God say?

That’s what I talk about in this video that I hope you will watch.

I believe that if we understand what Roe is actually ordering states to do, which I explain in this video

AND if we understand what God’s commands to civil leaders are, which I also explain in this video

Then we MUST obey God rather than the Supreme Court.

We must Ignore Roe.

There is great hope in this fight against abortion if we will return to God in repentance and follow His ways.

Thank you for standing with us in the fight!

For life, for justice, and for the glory of God,

P.S. As Christians, these issues are very important to understand. I hope you will take the time this weekend to watch this video which may dramatically change your thinking on this issue.
