A Bad Excuse is Gone
In case you missed it, Roe is GONE.
Submission to the evil Roe v. Wade court opinion was always a bad excuse for continuing to deny babies the equal protection of the laws, but now there’s no excuse at all.
In 2023, any politician or lobbyist who claims to believe that a fetus is a person must back up their words with action or admit that they don’t really believe what they are saying. They can no longer hide behind a lawless ruling of the Supreme Court.
It is unfortunate that the Supreme Court still failed to uphold the requirement of the U.S. Constitution that states may not deny the equal protection of their laws to anyone.
Even so, they did overturn the evil Roe decision.
The Supreme Court is not an obstacle to states providing equal protection for babies.
Georgia Calls for Equal Protection
This means that the 2023 legislative season is a pivotal moment in this fight.
And as you can see in the video above, the fight for equal protection is ON in Georgia!

We are excited to be a part of this work through the Foundation to Abolish Abortion (FAA).
I had the privilege of being part of drafting the bill of abolition being introduced in Georgia in 2023. And with the help of our donors, we intend to help throughout the legislative process to provide expert testimony and support for advocates in Georgia just like we did earlier this year with House Bill 813 in Louisiana.
